Good Morning! I just finished this newest book yesterday and just wanted to reach out and say thanks. As a parent of a child with OCD this book made me thankful my child doesn’t have it this severely and grateful to see that an author could make a heroine of a book so flawed and broken and yet loveable and redeemable. My daughter has always had OCD. It runs in our family and there are a few with severe cases as well as most of us have it mildly (I have to count things I’ve already counted even though I know I’ve already counted them just to Be SURE the last two times were right) and we have all managed to cope but it never goes away. It is manageable but requires work. Forever. And as soon as we think we have something managed with my daughter she will have something new come up. When she is older (she’s 12) I’m going to introduce her to your book series so she can also see how bad she could have had it and how awesome she is for working to control this pest of a disorder before it really took over and became debilitating. So thank you. That’s really all I wanted to say to you. Your books have entertained me very much through the last few years. I’m going to buy your Winston series in paperback so I can give them to my daughter, Willow, when she’s older. ‘ cause, you know, the zombies or robots or sparkly vampires will probably take over the world and all our ebooks will be lost forever… lol. I was first introduced to you through your rugby series. Love anything rugby and those books are amazing but I then went on to read the Winston Brothers…be still my heart! I sincerely hope you are going to tell Billy & Claire’s story (And Roscoe). Look forward to many more wonderfully wierd and enchanting stories in the future!
